Xbox group chats come to iOS and Android

You can chat with your friends through Xbox Live without using the console.

Microsoft has announced that iOS and Android users can now make use of Xbox group chats directly through their mobile devices without the need to connect the console.

“Starting today, you can use your iOS and Android mobile devices to start, join, and chat with voice and text on the Xbox Live Party,” Xbox programming director Larry Hryb has highlighted on social networks. better known as Major Nelson.

To date, Xbox Live users could only send and receive text messages through the mobile application. Unfortunately, for now, the option of sending voice messages using our smartphones is still not available.
