NetEase launched the game Project: Battle, a game with elements similar to Fortnite. The inspiration came through the building mechanics. The game is alpha testing on Android, but any player can download and test.
Project: Battle is the old ” Quantum Special “. The game is in early development, so do not miss bugs, crashes and slowness. In fact, the game looks much less “ready” than the game that NetEase introduced earlier, FortCraft.
The game launched by NetEase on Google Play has a more futuristic look, and if you pay close attention, the marketing of the game looks no resemblance to PUBG Mobile or Fortnite. It seems that NetEase wants to avoid legal problems.
The new game is clearly a Battle Royale, but NetEase has avoided using these and other terms. Even the mechanics of construction are well reduced and differ from those of Fortnite in many respects.
But what about FortCraft? A game almost ready. Apparently, NetEase still will not bring the title, to avoid just problems with justice, as happened with Knives Out.
Fortnite without being Fortnite for Android
Whoever wanted a Fortnite just like the Android phone, will have to wait for the official game. Apparently, Project: Battle will not satisfy fans of the genre, and FortCraft will stand still until the official game’s release, and NetEase can make adjustments so that the game does not suffer any kind of process.
