The producer of games like Bayonetta and Nier: Automata, the Platinum Games, announced On (18 April) his first game for mobile phones with Android and iOS, World of Demons. With inspiration in beautiful Japanese art, the game will focus on action.
In World of Demons, the player will control samurai warriors and will face demons inspired by Japanese folklore. The game will be developed in partnership between Platinium and DeNA. This last one is old known to us, the same company that has partnered with Nintendo to launch games like Fire Emblem Heroes.
In the beginning, there will be three playable samurais. The demons that the player defeats, can be added as minions to fight at your side. According to the news on the website TouchArcade, the game will be free-to-play.
Focusing on action and defeating giant devils, TouchArcade site personnel have already tested the game, and according to them, the controls are accurate with many possibilities of combos.
World of Demons has launch precision for the third quarter, that is, between June and September 2018, with versions for Android and iOS.
