Konami updated the PES site with pre-registration for PES 2019 Mobile. It is not yet possible to make subscriptions from Brazil, but when using VPN, the registration is released. Here’s how.
In order to enroll in the pre-registration of PES 2019, you must use a VPN application. You can use either, as most point to United States. Here’s how to use VPN on Android here.
Now let’s go to the closed beta test site of PES 2019 Mobile.

Note that this link will only work if you are using VPN. Otherwise, it will inform you that the test is not yet released for your region.
Soon after accessing the site, he will ask for his date of birth twice.

About the beta test of PES 2019 Mobile
The beta test of PES 2019 Mobile will be on both Android and iOS. The registration period will run until September 24, 2018.
The closed beta will start on October 1 and end on October 10, 2018. To participate you must have at least one device with Android 5.0 or higher and iOS 9.0 or higher.
