The first images of the new Call of Duty for mobile phones that is being developed by Activision in partnership with Tencent have been dropped. The game, it seems, will be based on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. With versions for Android and iOS, the game arrives still this year ded 2018. Check out the pictures:
From the above images, we can see that the game for Android and iOS will be strongly inspired by the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Including some maps that we can see that will be very similar to the versions for PC and Consoles.
Tencent’s Call of Duty Mobile is a fusion of different Call of Duty titles: Black Ops. We can see in the images of the Beta version above, with Hijacked and Standoff features from Black Ops 3 and Nuketown from the original Black Ops. Other maps like Highrise of Modern Warfare 2 and Shipment of Modern Warfare are also in the game.
The HUD number at the top of the screen indicates the number of players, which may be a sign that we will also have a Battle Royale mode in this new Call of Duty.
The game is being developed by Timi Studio, the same that creates an exclusive version of PUBG Mobile for China.
Still no right name, the game has been dubbed “Call of Duty Mobile”, but may well get the name of the version on which it is based. Remember that this is not the first Call of Duty for mobile phones. Activision has already released several franchise games, including the nostalgic Strike Team, which has already been removed from Google Play.
There is no date yet for the launch of this new game. But the expectation is that it will be released in the coming months.
