Icarus M, MMORPG for Android and iOS, which uses Unreal Engine 4 is in the final stages of testing and will be released soon in South Korea.
It seems that Netmarble and WeMade have settled the dispute as Icarus M is having its final testing phase and will finally be launched in South Korea.
In case you do not know, Icarus M would be published by Netmarble around the world, but developer WeMade chose to go out of business and create its own publications arm, WeMade Service, to operate the game.
Built using Unreal Engine 4, Icarus M is partially based on the PC MMORPG, Icarus, which is also developed by WeMade and serviced by Nexon in North America.
There is currently no update on who will be the new global publisher of Icarus M after the agreement with Netmarble has been canceled. With 5 playable classes at launch (Gladiator, Fighter, Mage, Ranger and Assassin), the main feature of the Icarus M is the aerial combat. Stay tuned for updates!
